Allenbrook Inc., a leading provider of processing software and consulting services for the P/C industry, and QAS, an international leader in address management software, have announced a partnership agreement aimed at offering insurance carriers “state-of-the-art address verification.”
The bulletin indicated that as a result of the agreement, “Allenbrook will integrate QAS’ award-winning QuickAddress Pro software into the company’s Phoenix system. The addition of QuickAddress Pro, which verifies addresses in real-time as they are entered into a database, will enable Allenbrook customers to increase accuracy and improve operator efficiency and speed, creating greater call turnover and improving overall customer service.”
Allenbrook described its Phoenix system as a “comprehensive property and casualty insurance policy automation package. It integrates policies, claims and billing, while enabling customers to increase productivity and profitability.”
It cited the experience of Hingham Mutual Fire Insurance Company. Chris Hunter, Hingham Mutual’s vice president, was quoted as saying: “The full integration between Allenbrook’s Phoenix and QAS’ QuickAddress products has provided us with a streamlined approach to ensuring the correct address is entered for each new policy or claim, and formatted consistently. This across-the-board consistency means our employees are able to easily find existing policies or correctly quote new policies based on the property location.”
“Welcoming QAS into our suite of value-added optional service providers demonstrates our commitment to innovative capabilities for Phoenix and sustains our competitive advantage,” commented Allenbrook’s president Chuck Peck. “We targeted QAS to provide Phoenix users productivity enhancements while improving risk-rating quality and facilitating mission-critical data management. Whether a carrier has its own proprietary system, uses an aspiring Phoenix competitor or is an existing Phoenix client, our unmatched speed-to-market, table-driven tool-set control and flexibility are further enhanced with the prestige of QAS functionality. Our passion for improving the Phoenix policyholder experience is why Allenbrook continues its growth as one of the top three Policy Administration suppliers.”
“Allenbrook’s leadership in the property and casualty market supports QAS’ strategic focus on this core market,” stated Jonathan Hulford-Funnell, QAS COO. “The addition of QuickAddress Pro helps Phoenix users to ensure accurate address information, which means they can avoid mail-related waste and postage costs for returned policies and correspondences. They can also achieve more accurate initial geography-related risk ratings, reducing re-work and achieving better overall customer satisfaction.”
