GAB Robins has announced the introduction of ClienTelligent 4.0, a new version of its Web-based claims management and reporting system. Along with an updated navigation approach and a fresh look and feel, ClienTelligent 4.0 offers enhanced capabilities, including the new Quick Track feature.
By providing real-time tracking of the numerous key milestones that occur during the lifecycle of a claim, Quick Track enables customers to see which stage of the process a file has reached at any time.
The more than 15 milestones Quick Track captures include occurrence, jurisdictional, contact and reporting dates, as well as financial figures and payment dates. Customers can view these milestones at the summary level in a list or graphic timeline and drill-down to details on each milestone individually.
“With just a few clicks, Quick Track enables customers to see exactly what point in the claims lifecycle a particular file has reached,” says Jeff Aycock, senior vice president of Risk Management and Managed Care Services, GAB Robins. “In addition, viewing the entire lifecycle of files in a list or graphic timeline makes it easy to identify trends, exceptions to trends, bottlenecks and areas of concern.”
Along with Quick Track, ClienTelligent 4.0 enables customers to access the tailored account instructions and reserve worksheets GAB Robins’ claims specialists use in handling claims. Also, the collaboration model and electronic referral capability inherent in the system have been further streamlined. In addition, its enhanced Quick Attach feature offers faster access to the documents, reports, estimates and photos that are electronically attached to files.
As part of the roll out of ClienTelligent 4.0, GAB Robins will be offering live demonstrations at Exhibit Booth #2301 at the RIMS Conference in San Diego, April 19 – 21.
