ACE Group announced key executive appointments in its Multinational Claims operations to support the recent creation of ACE’s Global Accounts Division, which serves large multinational customers around the globe with complex underwriting and servicing needs.
Krista Glenn has been promoted to senior claims officer, Multinational Claims, in the company’s North American Claims operation. She will be leading the newly-created North American Multinational Claims Practice.
Graham Chesman was named head of Multinational Claims for ACE Overseas General, the company’s international general insurance business.
In their new roles, Chesman and Glenn will collaborate to enhance and standardize country-specific claims operations and reporting to better respond to client and broker needs around complex global claims. Both executives will work with the ACE Global Accounts Division to ensure that customers receive a seamless, full-service claims experience.
ACE’s Global Accounts Division is comprised of regionally-based client service teams that focus on managing risks worldwide. The Division, which is led by Joseph Clabby, Division President, ACE Global Accounts, also manages the award-winning ACE Worldview information portal for clients and brokers.
The new North American Multinational Claims Practice joins five existing claims practice specialties: Primary Casualty; Property and Marine; Professional Risk; Workers Compensation and Accident and Health, and Excess and Specialty.
With more than 20 years of insurance claims industry experience at ACE and its predecessor company, Glenn most recently served as senior vice president, North American Claims, where she managed the company’s Casualty Lines claims, including the International Casualty, Public Entity, Complex and Long Term Exposure claim teams. She will continue to manage the training program for the company’s North American Claims operation.
Chesman has four decades of insurance industry claims experience, including more than 30 years at ACE. He most recently served as multinational claims client executive, where he provided leadership and coordination within Europe for the claims service offering and delivery to all multinational clients for ACE Group. He has held various technical, claims management, regulatory, and compliance roles within the organization. Chesman is based in London, England, and will report to McBride. He holds the Fellowship of the Chartered Insurance Institute (FCII) professional insurance designation.
