Crawford & Company will be showcasing its array of managed workers’ compensation services at the 13th Annual National Workers’ Compensation and Disability Conference and Expo in Chicago, Nov. 17-19.
Experts from Crawford’s Risk Management Services, Healthcare Management Services, Crawford Investigation Services Inc., and Risk Sciences Group (RSG) will be on hand throughout the conference, held at McCormick Place in Chicago. Crawford will be exhibiting in booth 501.

– On-site investigation anywhere in North America
– 24-hour claims reporting
– National PPO access and medical bill re-pricing
– Provider/hospital bill auditing
– Return-to-work coordination
– State-mandated managed care for injured workers

Crawford’s Risk Sciences Group will be demonstrating its Oracle-based Sigma Encore RMIS used by corporate insured and self-insured clients who require consolidation of workers’ comp claims into a single database.
Sigma Encore is web-based and features a claim query, diary, flexible point and click reports, and powerful graphical ad-hoc reporting. Exposure data such as hours worked, wages, and units produced is seamlessly integrated with claim data to assist the workers’ comp manager in normalizing loss data and developing rate analysis and trend reporting.
RSG representatives will be available during exhibit hours to provide one-on-one demonstrations as well as discuss how Sigma Encore can be configured to meet other automation needs of the disability marketplace.
Crawford Investigation Services Inc. will be demonstrating its computer system, iTech. iTech allows Crawford clients to log on to
our secure, password-protected system and retrieve updates and real time information about the status of their assignments as well as reports and video streams once the assignment is completed.
