Authorities say an 18-year-old from St. Louis, Mo., is facing 15 felonies in a string of car thefts that began in October.
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports Thomas Jackson was charged Monday in St. Louis Circuit Court following accusations that he was involved in at least 10 carjacking incidents.
The first occurred Oct. 14, when authorities say Jackson approached a woman in a parking lot, displaying a gun and threatening to shoot her before driving away in her car. Court documents say Jackson did the same thing to another woman in November.
It wasn’t immediately clear if Jackson had an attorney yet.
