Disaster Kleenup International, Inc., a network of quality, independent property damage restoration contractors, announced that DKI recognized the membership longevity of many of its members at its recent annual conference held in Las Vegas.
Recognition is given each year to those companies that have passed the five, 10, 15, 20 and 25 year membership thresholds. This year, eight member companies celebrated various milestones.
A & I, Inc., of Wilmington, N.C.; Crane’s Fire & Smoke, of Neptune, N.J.; Four Star Cleaning & Restoration, of Fremont, Calif.; Hammer Building & Restoration, of Saginaw, Mich.; M. Valentino, Inc., of Plainfield, Ill.; Protechs, Inc., of Ft. Wayne, Ind.; and R. L. Smith Co., of Bowling Green, Ky. all celebrated their five-year anniversaries in 2003.
DKI also commemorated the 20th anniversary of All American Cleaning & Restoration of Idaho Falls, Idaho, the oldest company to be honored this year.
“One of the characteristics that separates DKI from its competitors is its stability,” stated Dale Sailer, DKI’s president. “Our members represent the backbone of our service offering and these eight companies set the standard for the balance of the DKI organization. These companies are what make DKI the Source for Quality Restoration.”
