ADP Claims Services Group, a provider of integrated business solutions for the property and casualty, collision repair and automotive recycling industries, announced that AAA has chosen ADP as the preferred provider of computerized estimating systems for AAA Approved Auto Body shops across the United States.
“With ADP, our auto body service providers can work smarter, faster and more effectively,” said John Nielsen, director, Approved Auto Repair for AAA. “Shoplink makes estimating faster, more complete and more accurate, improving the overall quality of repairs and ensuring a satisfactory customer experience. These factors are an important part of AAA’s goal to expand its collision repair network in the United States.”
In addition to Shoplink, AAA Approved Auto Body facilities will reportedly benefit from other ADP solutions included in the agreement:

Vehicle information, including price changes, is updated and released
to customers monthly via CD-ROM.
— Fully Integrated Imaging – selects and attaches images to estimates quickly and easily.
— Electronic Trading Partners – Communication tool used to upload and download assignments from the collision center’s insurance partners.
— Parts Exchange (PXN) – Aftermarket component of estimating software, allows users to select the aftermarket part vendors for quick and
accurate pricing on part numbers and identifies where the parts are located.
— Parts Exchange Salvage (PXS) – The largest recycled parts database in the world offered through ADP’s EDEN(R) recycled parts locating product.
