ADP Claims Services Group, a provider of integrated business solutions for the P/C industry, announced the availability of ADP Shop Reports for multi-site repair facilities, part of an extensive suite of products that complement ADP Estimating and Shoplink.
ADP, which specializes in services for the collision repair and automotive recycling industries, said its Shop Reports will help collision repair facilities “proactively manage their direct-repair program business.” It provides services for both individual, single shop and consolidated and multi-shop reports for owners of two or more repair facilities. “These reports provide collision repair facilities with the same business information insurance companies use to review their repair facility partners and assign claims,” said the announcement.
“With ADP Shop Reports, collision repair facilities can monitor and improve their performance against individual direct repair program (DRP) guidelines for an individual site or for their overall operation,” it continued. “The reports collect information on direct repair programs and summarize key performance indicators such as claim dollar per new claim and recycled parts percentage. These reports allow collision repair facilities to identify what programs and specific areas can be improved.
“ADP Shop Reports show how the repair facility is meeting insurance company guidelines, such as alternative parts usage, and can be used as a training tool to inform shop estimators where they need to improve. Multi-site owners and managers can use the reports to train estimators to write estimates within each DRP’s guidelines.
ADP Shop Reports enables owners to prove their performance and earn more DRP business by sharing performance reports with insurance company partners, especially during site reviews. It also provides comparison data so that shops can see how they are performing against their competition in the local area.
