AcroSoft Corp. announced that its Insurance Content Management (ICM) solution is being implemented by Housing Headquarters, a company providing nationwide 24-hour relocation service that focuses on A.L.E. (additional living expense) claims.
Housing Headquarters specializes in quickly placing families into affordable, fully-furnished temporary housing after they have experienced insured catastrophic events, such as hurricanes, tornadoes and wildfires.
“Prior to implementing AcroSoft’s technology, we had a highly intensive paper environment because we have approximately 300 pending files open at any point in time,” said Bob Dudley, general manager for Housing Headquarters. “We were having difficulty in locating documents, and our employees were spending one to three hours each week trying to find appropriate documents.”
“Our customers are looking for technology solutions that will help improve response time and increase productivity without asking them to change the way they do business,” added Paul Butare, president & chairman of AcroSoft. “With our Insurance Content Management solution, information can be accessed simultaneously by multiple people without disrupting the work of others and improving efficiencies across the entire organization. Housing Headquarters is currently using the first phase of the system, and we look forward to the additional benefits derived, once they make full use of the capabilities such as providing web access to their customers.”
