Atlanta, Ga.-based Crawford Integrated Services has added three new national account representatives to its sales team: Michael Behan, William Schmidt and Mark Young.
Behan joined Crawford in 2003 as a workers’ compensation adjuster in Kenner, La. Prior to joining Crawford, Behan was the chief executive officer of a family-owned business called Did It, Inc., and served as the general manager and controller for London Livery, Ltd., in New Orleans, and was an agent/advisor for Northwestern Mutual Financial Network. Behan has also been head soccer coach for several schools in Louisiana. Behan is a former professional soccer player who played for the Adidas Soccer Academy and trained and competed with top professional clubs from Europe and South America.
Schmidt comes back to Crawford after several years of working for other companies, most recently, York Insurance Services in Parsippany, N.J., where he served as director of sales. Prior experience also includes serving as vice president of sales for a third party administrator, senior account executive of Risk Management Services for a large claims services firm, and regional account representative for Crawford. Schmidt is currently working towards his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation.
Young joined Crawford in 2004 as a client service manager in Dallas, Texas. Prior to joining Crawford, Young served as account executive, manager of Business Development, and account manager for a large Property & Casualty Risk Management Services company in Dallas. He also served as account manager for Corporate Systems in Amarillo, Texas.
Crawford Integrated Services is a new business unit that was developed specifically to solve the most pressing issues facing the workers’ compensation industry. The foundation of the business unit is an innovative new service-delivery model that standardizes the workers’ compensation claims-reporting process and delivers comprehensive, consistent, and goal-oriented solutions.
