Bliss and Glennon Inc., a managing general agency and surplus lines broker based in Redondo Beach, Calif., opened two new regional offices in Manchester, N.H., and Birmingham, Ala., in late December in an effort to broaden Bliss & Glennon’s Excess and Surplus Division’s national reach.
Tina Johnson, regional vice president, has been appointed as head of the new Manchester office. Johnson has worked in the excess and surplus lines brokerage business for 15 years.
The office in Birmingham, Ala., will be run by Hank Stickley and Brady Wilson and will specialize in professional liability, directors and officers and property insurance. Stickley, a professional lines broker, has worked in the directors and officers industry writing large and small firms for many years and Wilson, commercial lines broker has immense knowledge of property brokerage markets, according to Bob Abramson, president of Bliss & Glennon’s Excess Division.
