Texas-based Wardlaw Claims Service announced the release of the WCS mobile application.
Any adjuster deployed by the company, who has a Wardlaw email address, can use the iOS app on Apple’s iPhone and iPad for scoping losses.
Recently mentioned at the PRLB Claims Conference in Boston, the app also acts as a notepad: adjusters can write loss notes, and take property photos, label them and upload to Wardlaw’s proprietary claims handling system, Catapult, in one step, while at a loss site. Everything completed on the phone is immediately in Catapult: manual syncing is not required. Photos can also be saved to the iPhone/iPad camera roll for upload later, and then synced with iTunes to build photo sheets.
