Amarillo, Texas-based Corporate Systems Inc., a property/casualty claims lifecycle management and reporting solutions provider, announced that Great American Insurance Group successfully implemented CS TeleClaim and EDI Reporting to centrally manage all call center activity and electronic state reporting.
Robin Spaulding, divisional vice president of Great American Insurance, which is owned by American Financial Group Inc., said, “We are thrilled about this partnership.
