Thompson, Coe, Cousins & Irons LLP’s Insurance Litigation & Coverage Group hosts its 4th annual seminar on Texas insurance law developments on Dec. 9, 2004, in Dallas.
Attorneys from the section will discuss 16 different critical topics during the all-day seminar, such as proper documentation and protection of a claim file, surviving a deposition, recent developments in Texas’ law on additional insured coverage and the implications of new forms.
CLE credit with the Texas State Bar and CE credit with the Texas Department of Insurance are pending for these sessions.
Registration opens 8:00 a.m. and the first session begins 8:30 a.m. The last session starts 4:00 p.m., with a cocktail reception immediately following.
The seminar will take place at Westin City Center, Plaza A, 3rd level of The Event Centre, 650 North Pearl Street, Dallas, Texas 75201.
