Texas Appraisal Company Partners with MS/B

Marshall and Swift / Boeckh (MS/B), a provider of building cost data and estimating technology to the property insurance industry worldwide, announced Property Damage Appraisers Inc. (PDA), located in Fort Worth, Texas will integrate IntegriClaim Administrator, into its property claims management process.

Integrated via Web-based communication technology, IntegriClaim Administrator creates, assigns, tracks, examines and reports claim files online, reportedly reducing the time normally required to perform these activities.

To help facilitate the expansion of their property and casualty market, PDA has decided to use IntegriClaim Administrator, which the company will add to their suite of advanced technology solutions for their 280 offices nationwide.

IntegriClaim Administrator connects all entities involved in the claims process including carriers, claims supervisors, call desk support, insureds, adjusters and contractors, and enables electronic interaction.

It also gives their claims managers or examiners a 360-degree view of a carrier’s entire property claim portfolio and allows the user to log in, view, approve or close claims, and access the entire detail for consolidated claim reporting and management.
