Florida-based eAutoclaims announced a new contract to provide the
eAutoclaims national repair shop network to Federated National Insurance & American Vehicle Insurance companies for processing their auto physical damage claims. The business will run on eAutoclaims eJusterSuite Internet platform.
Superior Adjusting Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the two carriers,
executed an agreement and has already rolled out the service. Lee Sutton, president of Superior Adjusting Inc. commented, “We are very pleased with the added technology and customer service that eAutoclaims brings with their eJusterSuite application & Collision Management Services. The service is reducing our auto loss adjustment expense and making the repair process more convenient for our policy holders.”
