Bridgeport Continuing Education will present The Annual Toxic Torts in California Conference, chaired by Jordan Stanzler- Stanzler, Funderburk & Castelleon, Thursday, May 1, at the Los Angeles Marriott Downtown 333 S. Figueroa Street.
The program will address: (1) Both Plaintiff & Defense perspectives on Toxic Tort litigation. (2) California interests (3) The Scientific & Health basis for Proof of Injury (4) Trial Strategies of mold cases. (5) The Second Wave of Asbestos Litigation and more.
This program is an in-depth review of legal, scientific and trial strategies relating to toxic torts in California. This program will include discussions about the second wave of asbestos litigation, groundwater contamination, product liability, the Supreme Court’s recent decision on “fear of cancer”, trial strategies, the use of the media and much more. By addressing cutting edge issues, the program will help both the novice and experienced practitioner keep abreast of the most current developments.
The program is designed to benefit both Defense and Plaintiff counsel as well as environmental, insurance, corporate and consumer attorneys.
