Southern California Risk Management Associates (SCRMA) has added property and casualty claims administration to its suite of workers’ compensation and managed care services.

claims management services in California.
The P/C services will be headed by SCRMA’s new vice president of development Bettina Hooper, who will be based out of the Roseville, Calif., office. Hooper has worked in the insurance industry for more than 21 years specializing in claims management. Her claims career has focused on commercial property and casualty risks for both public and private self-insured, and high deductible clients. Her work experience includes insurance carriers such as Industry Indemnity,
Coregis and GE’s Westport Insurance Corp. She also has experience with several third-party claims administrators.
