The Boulder City Council, in Colorado, is considering a $30,000 settlement of a lawsuit filed by a bicyclist injured in a collision with a police motorcycle.
The Boulder Daily Camera reports the council will consider the possible deal Tuesday. The city manager, city attorney and police chief have all recommended the settlement be approved.
