Dallas, TX, September 16, 2008 – Council on Education in Management (Council) announced that Division of Workers’ Compensation Commissioner Rod Bordelon will present a Keynote Address at the upcoming Texas Workers’ Comp Forum, October 1-3, 2008, taking place at the Fairmont Hotel in Dallas.
