Police in Springfield, Massachusetts have arrested a man in connection with a rash of Honda car thefts, where in most cases the only thing missing when the vehicles were recovered were the factory-installed stereos.
Ricardo Morales was arrested Tuesday and charged with four counts of larceny of a motor vehicle.
Springfield police spokesman John Delaney said the 34-year-old is scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday in Springfield District Court.
Police say more than 20 Honda Accords and Civics from the 1994 to 1997 model years have been stolen since last Thursday.
The Republican newspaper reports that Morales was arraigned Wednesday.
It was unclear if Morales had legal representation.
