A 19-year-old Nampa, Ind., man who police say caused thousands of dollars in damage over several years by spray painting hundreds of symbols on buildings has been charged with malicious injury to property, a felony.
Brewster Bisconer was taken into custody in late October and is being held in the Canyon County Jail on $100,000 bail. He is scheduled to be arraigned Nov. 16.
Nampa Police Sgt. Tim Randall says Bisconer confessed to multiple acts of vandalism over several years, and told police he plans to continue the vandalism when he’s released.
Police say they are seeking an arrest warrant for another person they say also engaged in vandalism with Bisconer.
