Bob Cohen has been named business development director for State Auto Insurance Companies. Cohen will lead efforts to profitably expand State Auto’s commercial lines book of business.
“Bob has significant experience in underwriting and sales in larger complex accounts, consistent with the risk and account size profile we’re pursuing at State Auto,” said State Auto Vice President, Director of Business Insurance Charlie McShane. “He’s the right person to join our leadership team and help State Auto become an important player in the business insurance marketplace.”
Prior to working at State Auto, Cohen spent his career with Chubb, Royal Sun Alliance and CIGNA. He most recently served as branch vice president for Hanover Insurance.
