H-E-B issued has a voluntary recall of four sizes of H-E-B brand cottage cheese, dip, yogurt and sour cream over concern that foreign material may have made its way into the product.
The statement issued Thursday by the San Antonio-based supermarket chain said the recall focuses on 8-, 16-, 24- and 3-ounce sizes of the store brand products sold between June 18 and July 27 at H-E-B, Central Market, Mi Tienda and Joe V’s. The statement says the recall is precautionary and no injuries have been reported.
Customers are directed to return the product to the store for a full refund. Questions can be directed to 1-800-432-3113.
