Authorities have arrested six men and four women at a Panda Express restaurant on the north side of Tucson, Ariz. in connection with an identity theft investigation.
The arrests were part of a three month investigation, according to a news release from the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
All 10 were booked into the Pima County jail on suspicion of aggravated taking identity of another person with the intent to obtain employment, according to DPS.
A search warrant was served at the restaurant with the intent of gaining information and evidence of ID theft being committed by several employees, DPS said.
The DPS stated all 10 were employees of the restaurant.
A restaurant manager, who did not identify himself, stated that only some of those arrested were employees. He would not elaborate after law enforcement advised him not to discuss the case.
The names of those arrested were not released because of problems that arose while trying to verify identities, the news release said.
